By accessing or using Shadar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Shadar is a visual commerce platform that connects people with local vendors. Users discover and request fashion items, and vendors respond with offers. Shadar facilitates the connection but is not a party to the transaction between user and vendor.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to upload inappropriate content, harass other users, manipulate offers, or violate any applicable laws while using Shadar.

5. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must provide accurate information and pricing. All offers are binding. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling accepted offers and arranging delivery as agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shadar is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items, the accuracy of vendor offers, or the ability of vendors to deliver.
